There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Serving to humans is the best gift from God. This is not for all but it is selected for some people to serve for humanity.They gave whole life for it.

When medicines and other things whish are very necessary for pharmacy not reached or delivered at time.
