Mismanagement and misaligned management in India PQE. Few years back they gave good benefits to resources but now the typical Indian HR mindset has taken over and they enforce new rules to restrict the resources and treat them like they are not in MNC but in Indian third grade company. The old people here are sitting ducks many of them. The HR India PQE is just encashing the benefits from Italy and these benefits are not extended to the lower consultants. Mismanaged and Misaligned just two words fro PQE India

Nothing to like here , do not come or join in this company . They will fire you when there are less projects

Dislikes

PQE is a very unorganised company.There is no job security ,no trainings. There policies vary here in India. They treat their employees as workers . Give less rotation during project and treat employees to forcefully stay without any rotation in project. The management is also very poor by the HR . Basically if you are pet of your boss then you can survive here otherwise shit company
