No work load, work life balance is good, No pressure of work. you can look after every activity

No work planning ,worst purchase department, delayed contractor payments so you can't show your progress, delayed salary, only 2.5% or % increment. Directors only spend money on luxurious caars, no care of employees, No gratuity. This company is good only for Freshers

There is a lot of politics at senior level staff. Salary decent but career growth is slow . No increment & hikes given .

Worst real estate company I have ever seen full Lala culture wort HR policies the HR Mr Abhram barik is exploiting employees he never answers to any queries have zero humanity only talk sweet on face, again huge salary delay and forget about the incentives you will beg for your own hard earn money company is in huge debt and can get closed anything Purely hiring firing and they even don't give you smooth exit.
