No job security, no appraisals, company growing buy some other companies. But not thinking about employees and employee life balance. They layoff the people without giving proper response. Simply saying financial company in loss but company occurring some other companies in the same time.

Lots of things I dislike about Phantom Digital Effects : Job security is't that promising, work-life balance is worst. What I felt was there is improper time management in whole company. The time management is poor at beginning of the project and later when it comes to deadline, the company management forces employees to work hectic working hours to meet up the deliveries.

Too many cooks spoil the broth..there a many superiors with no proper understanding even the work is been divided some randomly interferes into another's work and employees suffer a bit within
