Salary issues.. even after leaving the organization in sep2018 they have not released my payment pending for July 18, Aug 18 ans Sep 18 over dues til today. Even they manipulated my fnf working and attendance. In aug 2018 i was present whole month but they marked me absent for half month and even in Sep my last day was 14th sep but they considered only 5.5 days. Please help.

Vishwanath phalke started company by collecting funds from other and setup the buisness but he did not provide full salary and increament to the employees. I heard that he pay full amount to ghatkopar flat which he buy and stop payment for employees for 3 months than after wards all employees has leave the company Still my payment is pending.

Teammates is very good, Training is providing. No career growth in this company. Not got Salary/Appraisal. Travelling allowances getting but limited. A lot of politics in this company. Learning environment. Work environment is very good. Innovation is doing. Work life balance is good.

Never ever work in this type of companies..It's a real estate consultancy. Working for developers is much better rather than working for consultancy. If you want to implement something in this company they will never support you..
