Good work environment and. Culture program for parent .teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .

Dislikes

Thera is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow ..........

The management is trying to change the culture, working environment, company policies. Good company if you are staying near company. Train connectivity is good from Surat, Bharuch, Ankleshwar & Baroda but in long term it is not advisable.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Lack of professionalism. Mediclaim policy is not good.
