Promotion will take time and increament are 10 to 12 % for all. Sr. Management is degrading the culture.

Pfizer is a place where you will get various opportunities to work in different projects/automations and you will keep on learning new things along with your day to day work. Job culture is good. They are working hard for their values of courage, excellence, equity and joy.

Dislikes

Healthcare policies are not great which is ironic. Growth in terms of compensation and promotions are below average. HR policies also needs some work. No free transport facilities.
