The relationship between staff and the departmental boss, especially Recruitment department , The package they offer , the training and development facilities are very impressive.

There is no reasons which took me back from leaving them , except the location, They are not providing adequate company accommodation except some category staff.

The company offer a decent salary and benefit. However it trade off the staff work life balance.

Expectation is too high on every expatraite which make local people disregard their responsibilities. The work pressure is high and not enough manpower to share the load fairly.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, I lost my job . I took emergency exit from Saudi Arabia to India, due to my father death. And petrorebigh suddenly terminated me , during my bed situation. After petrorebigh terminated ( before 7 months) still I have no job. Still I face so much troubles due to petrorebigh management decision. Also face financial troubles due to suddenly job lost from petrorebigh. Petrorebigh don’t give me job searching time and take terminated decision in one second.

Very poor management, bed management decision during Covid-19 pandemic. I lost My job suddenly without early information.

My father lost his leg during the Eid. Nobody let me go because all Saudi in vacation at that time. One year later , because of saudisation, I received letter of closing contract even my PMP one year before has been evaluated E+ and as Section Head i bringed clear improvements presented to the CEO. The closing contract letter I received without nobody speaking with me in advance - just overnight in one day - with no any explanation or reason in advance. I was hurt in my heart as soon as everyone knows that I was working around 10-11 hrs in a day without any overtime. The finger print can prove that .
