Only thing that I like here is pay and compensation.

Dislikes

1. Working in shifts with daily travelling of 3 hrs. 2. Because of certain changes in performance appraisal system, the system is openly biased. 3. The work culture is disrespecting. 3. High cost of living. Facilities and amenities like schools, hospitals or even for recreational activities are hugely missing. You have to travel either to Vadodara or surat for even buying sports shoes.

Likes

The culture and working style of company gives gives best work life balance. I got lot of authority & learning in job. Job security is the other thing which i like most here.

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics and sycophancy hindered career progression. I have to wait for almost 6 yrs for single promotion. There is no value for your hard work and competency. There is no structured policy and work system.

Interaction with top management, and discussion of ideas for a new project. We were given free hand to explore new technologies and opportunities, to device a business plan

1.Low role of ur professional qualification 2. Strict sucking attitude required for boss 3. Proudy and arrogant nature of management and boss . 4. No senior management cares subordinates staff/ officers both. Few people highly dominating think company as their legacy .like hr and finance head

Petronet LNG Ltd. Is the verry good company as like atmosphere, dept & other depts members, fully automatically plant others facilities also good. It's company job we can do life time job. I was doing job in contract but not feel as a contract job like company job.
