Everything, there is just no personal life as you have to work from 10 to 10. And after working 12 hrs a day, you will be given 10k for 2 years as my seniors were working on 10k from 3 years. They got trapped as they had no future now. There are cups and plates in the office but you have to wash by yourself on many number of occasions. The work life and work culture is absolutely pathetic and terrible. This company is a total scam which is being operated from last 10 years but has no clients and the reason being is, the owner has no vision and no management. This company is only for interns as you can come to work during you final semester so that you can show it in your resume. Apart from this, don't expect anything as 12 to 13 hours shift is normal here. And also a suggestion for everyone that please don't fall in the trap while talking to owner in the first discussion as he will motivate you in such a way that you will think its the company you are always meant to work. So beware. Also 1 last thing, you will be required to work on all 7 days even onpublic holidays. And if ask for leave then its like you want to commit a crime. Although on sundays you don't need to come to t jb e office but the owner will call you and ask to do the work from home on sundays too.
