HSE HEALTH AND SAFETY ENVIRONMENT MUST BE IMPORTANT WITHOUT SAFETY NO NEED TO WORK PDO HAVE 1) GOLDEN RULES NEED TO BE FOLLOW 1, Comply 2, intervene 3, respect

Every 3 months completely 5 day's field break Oman people only 15 day's work then 15 day's off 1 month 2 shift, but other's nothing and less salary 😞

Working on 28 days on and 28 days off schedule. Excellent work culture. PDO golden policy comply, respect and intervene. Very good remuneration package. Training and development opportunities. Medical facilities for self and dependent. Sporting and social activities.

Dislikes

Carier growth is limited for expatriates.
