Drawbacks: Petrojet waste their times for attendence morning and eveining approximately 1 hour daily. Advise them to search some better solution to prevent time.

This Company is very Perfect at any oil & Gas Project in construction , Quality Control, Fabrication and more like pressure vessel ,heat exchanger , tanks and Piping and have a good engineers in Material ASME II and have a perfect engineers in all conditions of work.

...arious department. colleagues are supportive.. you will enjoy working with them. Salary is on time.. if i get a chance again i will definately go.. I came back due to no project.. else this company will never leave there employees alone..One of the best company i had ever worked.

Poor management, corrupt all management.

PETROJET not provide pay slip. If salary deduct HR are not explain to why deduct salary. Without notice they are reduce overtime hours. They are not provide air ticket but. They are not giving us yearly vacation. When we ask for the vacation they are always excuse. We have agreement yearly vacation and company provide return tickets. There are giving all facility only for Egyptian not other nationality. Please help us.

In saudi Working environment, work culture, attitude of managers and other permanent staffs, hr department is worse and for vacation or for any other things even we are eligibile, we have to fight and beg to an extreme level to get it approved.. If only its your absolute necessity go for the company otherwise avoid.
