Dislikes

Quality of work and culture is very worst Not treat the employees properly. The top management always in sleepmode and there are three senior person sitting in the plant and one at HO and operating the company as per their own way. Very dirty politics and partiality done at the time of yearly increament. Overall it is not a good cultured company to growth the career.
