Except the salary structure, rest every is fine in PES University. Salary for assistant professor to senior professor is less compare to other universities in India. Work life balance is good. There is no biased and every one will treat equally.

Salary credited before end of the month. Very cooperative colleagues.

Very low salary for basic science faculties and increments are selective only two to three staffs per department. No eligible candidates at higher positions, all are trying for their own survivals since they have retired this defeating the institution.

The management is very headstrong and does not care about faculty, they change rules every other day making faculty do the same work over and over again, management is only interested in revenue and not employee welfare and development! Lots of favoritism and no value for faculty qualification and experience

1. No Proper scheme Appraisal and Promotions 2. Lack of Research activities 3. No incentives for research related activities like publication and presentation 4. Complete student Centric 5. Nominal respect for faculty 6. Senior faculty domination 7. Complete monotonous leadership of VC 8. Most of the heads at different levels just management followers

PES offers a vibrant intellectual environment with opportunies for research,collaboaration,and teaching.PES,specifically,might have a diverse student body,dedicated faculty,and resources for innovation and academic growt.Plus,contributing to education annd developement od students can be incredibly rewarding
