Dislikes

Teammates are not united and the management loves it. No training program or FDP is organized. You are forced to study further but there is no benefit to it. Absolutely no growth in career. the faculty are sometimes forced to work on Sundays. Class inauguration and parents' meetings are all organized either on Sundays or in the evening. so impossible to balance work and life. many National and general holidays have been canceled. No proper and planned vacation. So no time to spend with the family. The higher authorities are all 65 plus years old. So cannot expect any innovative methods or any improvisation in the system
