...you work hard doesn't give you time to go to even washroom.such poor culture . No one should work in a organization who wants to work for them for free they don't provide salary and if you ask for salary they will argue with you .worst work culture .Feeling pathetic for the people who falls on their trap.No future no salary no self satisfaction is the only thing you can expect from them.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about them ,they will design very attractive offer letter to trap poor people looking for job and will make you work hard and will expect you to gibe 200% for the them and in return will pay you few penny which is not even sufficient to survive for 7 days in a city .worst worst worst culture.No one should fall far the trap.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There's is lots of politics and conspiracy against the organization by some of their ex faculties and ex employees. However the management team handle it very nicely
