We get Marathi food and insurance which they cut from our salary and you are not given option to opt out. The gym and sports area is free and reimbursement for professional certificate if it is their desired one.

Dislikes

worst management, no credit/appreciation for good you do but blame for even a very small irrelevant mistakes you made. Increment is very less and politics is at its peak. Also, they say hybrid but they want us to come to office daily. No value for you, your work, and emotions they only care about the company and themselves. And they do favouritism and your credit and appreciation of efforts will be snatched by the manager. They ask for work but doesn't specify it properly and when you do it with a good job they demean you and say this isn't your allotted work and ask you to do side works with no future career growth. All in all politics is on peak and if you are not a licker favourite they want you out from the team.

There is nothing good here only good is a free food that also you have to pay 40000 from your salary and we only good is the food they provide and the salary benefit they give you they will give you very high salary so that you can choose them but then later immediately they will higher and fire you

the management is worst they just hire to fire you not a single percent of recommendation to this company and they not only fire for people who are on bench but they also fire on the people who itself is in a project so they fire anybody they don't even care so this company is worthless

...s in different BUs. So the job security is good. Some managers are very helpful. The food is good, Lots of CSR activitites, The pay is also okay.

Dislikes

There are a few managers in Infra BU who are the worst, don't support, don't let you upskill, and keep on threatening, so be aware of that. There's a lot of partiality and favoritism.

Opportunity to up skill, good work, friendly environment, leave policy, mediclaim policy, food etc.

Dislikes

Below are my concern that I found problem in Persistent. Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.

Nothing good in this company.

Dislikes

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.
