Good compensation and benefits.

Dislikes

Parent company not interested in getting into details of employee issues. Local Head ruining employees life favouring few basedon personnel equations. No ethics. Unprofessional.

...ce but with the change in the Top management levels .The firm has gone for toss. The top mgt cherry pick their own folks and give them better appracial rating and better compensation . Management looks rest of the associates useless and throw biased behavior.

Dislikes

The current top mgt are insane humans. They wud easily target folks whom they don't want and throw people out.

Good work life balance. If you are looking to settle, really good company but freshers also can study further to upskill themselves.

Dislikes

Few changes this year. Cab facility is one way home drop/pick up, morning only nodal pick up. WFO is 3 days week with very little flexibility.

Pershing operations is BNY Mellon's subsidiary company. So work culture is a great and good firm to be settled. .

Dislikes

Work-wise not suitable to everyone, can't learn new things or the latest operations skillset.

Very dishonest approach and false promises and commitments. Biased and confusing strategies and no proper directions.

Dislikes

Organization has so much to learn but reserved only for selective people. After having worked 7.5 years there is no further opportunity in other departments.
