I don't enjoy working at Perpetual Block Technology Pvt Ltd because of the poor management, lack of work-life balance, and unrealistic timeframes for completing tasks. They only provide one day for tasks that realistically require a week to complete.

Likes

Has a good initial learning growth and gets to work in multiple domain and multiple POCs.

Dislikes

Too much micro management, no work from homes, unavailability of guidance, no work life balance (has to work on weekends as well), also it is very hard to get leaves approved.

The MD is from IIT but doesn't have humility. Work culture is toxic. I and my team was fired for no reason. The HR forced us to resign and blackmail if we don't do, they will terminate us making a bad impression on the future company.

If you are a soft person, this company isn't for you. It will push you and stress you out. If you are looking for mentally challenging and to upskill your job profile, this is it. Take an advice : Learn to say no for things that aren't under your control

Dislikes

The culture here is run on fear of getting a shouting & getting fired from MD/ directly getting calls from CEO on odd non- working hours. They have normalised it to next level. The company is also running in loss and management is not good in "managing people" but they are all good at their skills. Good leaders aren't people who are good at skills but good at managing people instead. HR department tries to help but Management doesnt approve basic things which creates toxic culture.

1. Lot of learnings 2. Career Development path much faster as compared to other cos 3. Quite a good team coming from IIT's and well educated from other institutes 4. Fast Pace of work and able to work and learn challenging problems

1. Quite stressful and hectic sometimes
