Good pay scale, good functions and parties, no shortage of money. Cash rich company

Dislikes

No work life balance. You can be shifted to any Dpt. as per top management choice. No freedom of speech or else you will lose your job. God father is must you should be having it. Not to expect help from top management in any case. If you follow the SOP you will grow old.

Office Politics , Runs like family Run organization especially in Mumbai headed by the messiah of family. Most corrupted people still in the organization in both sales & marketing. Favouritism is at every level , wheather any promotion , increment or any other things.

The compensation and perks is decently satisfying along with the work life balance it provides.

Dislikes

Incapable, short sighted leaders with extremely laid back attitude. Do not expect career growth nor having any visibility of career trajectory. Low or nil promotions or appreciations in the team.
