I like of Permeshwar is that you have freedom of working we can do your job the way you want only the work need to be done and shipment need to go on time. Also my boss was problem solver if we get stuck any where. No dirty politics.

Dislikes

Salary deduction due to timing constrain . No benefit for any employees It's more like daily wages .& polished labour where you get salary at month end with no benefits however long you work there. And worst part of the company is they have different rule for every employee No standard rule for everyone.

There is nothing to like in this company instead of bosses...they are good but they are also unaware from many truth....they don't know they shouldn't trust people like squinted eye he is the big disaster for employees.....

Before joing this company you should knw that you have to forget your personal life health family everything because there is a witch in this company on 1 floor a senior merchandiser who doesn't appreciate their junior works no matter how hard work they do but she like oh sorry love to take all the credit as like she has done a very hard work. Beyond this the truth is 90 prcnt of that witch work are done by others she takes credit for their work besides mentally torturing the employees ,she will make you do here work in working hours after that she want to you to tsay there extra 4 hours and complete your own work after completing work next day she will not appreciate you she will say atleast draw your salary what are you doing yere nothing bla bla bla words aren't enough to share my worst experience. But our bosses are good but they are unknown with these things are happening in their company. and there is one more person with squint eye who doesn't have sense of talking he is a backbitter of bosses and that squint eye person is always h o r n y because here wife doesn't fulfilling here horniness always talk in double meaning and think he is a big politician. We all have heard story of Cinderella in that story there is a witch first who pretend on first very sweetly and give here apple to eat after eating the apple she shows here true colour like a the witch does in that company same as like this story there is a senior merchandiser who do this

If you've been selected, RUN. As fast as you can. There's Nothing to like. Worst place to work. It's humiliating. It's toxic. No work life balance. No time to breathe. Office is depressing. My sincere advice is not to join this firm.
