No proper respect from the management. Work load and work timing is very high. Many times need to working in Sunday's and government holidays. In this company there is no leave for govt holiday(If they give leave on govt holiday the next Sunday will be the compulsory working day).

If u want to learn about 4 and 5 axis machining, you can join in this company. Unless I don't recommend this company.

Dislikes

1.They have worst working culture. 2.you don't get any increment (you have to follow them like a dog every month for it.but they simply say we will do it.which they will not.) 3.if you're resigning from this company you better ask and get all the benefits like your pending leave amount, incentive. otherwise you have follow them like a dog.they simply say we will look into that which they will not. 4.They have the ridiculous leave system.you have to work for Sunday's for every government holidays.and you can take this Sunday leave on another weak days within a month. And if you miss this single Sunday work then the holidays doesn't count.
