Good if have nowhere job but if you have a chance to move in better please look for it . It's a home based company not even a company just doing their earnings through so called lime light of past stories and 1-2 good cleints

...ill feel like you don't have talent and slowly even if you are doing your work You will be in a situation where they wire fire you without pay Also for intial 3 month on the name of learning management will squeeze you with financial by paying less like a labour wage in India.

Dislikes

HR, CEO policies for new joinees and freshers selection process. Neither salary nor joining, expereince letter given. Unethical way of firing trainees during/after training period. During 6 month paid probation they might send you remote location like Mumbai at stipend of mere ₹6000/-. Trainees can not talk to seniors about tasks requurement or general technical discussion. Only CEO gives tasks at random and at random timings. Fear of unethically exploited developers have made them already install card access doors.

Everything that one can think! This is a company with an idiot CEO and his stupid policies. Having worked in half dozen of companies until now, this is the worst company one can get to. I would request everyone to avoid this shitstore at any cost. Not being personal but even selling tea near railway station is better than working for this dumb company. Apart from the real issues, all nonsense would be discussed in random meeting everyday and that Stupid Sharma will eat all of your valuable business time.
