Performics.Convonix is an awesome workplace. The deep rooted culture is what is most striking from other companies. The workforce is young, energetic and willing to achieve best results for Clients. People know Convonix very well through the goodwill established with Clients over the years. Fun and work go hand in hand and there's never really a dull moment.

If you are looking to grow career wise, this is the place for you but in terms of compensation,it is decent.

When it comes to digital marketing performics is the best in terms of learning, apart from that we get a lot of holidays, pay scale as fresher is also pretty high compared to other companies, we work around 10 hours a day including lunch, and if you don't have work don't work its not necessary that if your are in office you have to work.
