They will give you package and will butter you

Work Culture, Work Life Balance is horrible, if you resign they will treat you like slave. You have to serve 2 months notice period and not even 1 day exception is given. Senior ASM who is handling Bangalore thinks that you are his slave. He will behave in a u cultured manner. Don’t know how to treat team mates. DA is 250 and no TA. Need to work from 9-5pm in market. Need to visit 55 outlets and take photos and upload in their app for tracking.

I like some sales officer and sales manager r too good...they try to learn .

...nager are not fit in the company they harrasment to sales man.distributor.......there are not providing good salary.no TA DA..no medical.no incriment last 5years.no bonus. When we tell to increase salary sales officer said leave the company.
