Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing as such except office timings on time leaving no late working hours

Dislikes

No career growth at all, fake commitments at the time of interview, multiple reporting, unnecessary work pressure, and many more

Company is taking efforts for improvement from last 11 years by hiring consultant every year.

Dislikes

1- It is a 12 hrs working shift for workers and eventually staff gets pressurized to work for 13-14 hrs minimum. 2- company doesnt follow any SOP 3- everything is urgent everytime 4-extreme work pressure to achieve unrealistic goals 5-false promises by the owners of the company
