Work Life balance. So much so that it makes you lazy. You could take up a side husstle easily.

Dislikes

Salary is absolutely not good enough. Negotiate with your salary while moving in and do not take up the job if it anyway falls below market standard. Absolutely no job security. Could easily be fired due to someone else's incompetency. Just once the quarterly sales are not good enough and you could find yourself on the brink of getting fired.

...Parexel is gone. It was a very niche organisation and now it’s run like a BPO. They keep hiring VPs and VPs keep leaving the companies and there is no growth in salary and position as the business is not growing. The keep hiring additional VPs who don’t add any value to the Org but they don’t give promotion and hike to current employees . They don’t bring in new business. If it’s not sold quickly employees will be doomed here. Employees are going through so much change in the organisation that change fatigue has set in. The management has no vision for the company. CEO left without any notice, and there is no effort from the management to connect with the employees. The cost is being tightly controlled.

I have been working long term, overall experience was good.

Dislikes

There have been change in leadership/owners over last few years and org changes continue to happen every year. Unable to guess what's your role long term. I can see employees joined recently made redundant. Existing employees loose confidence due to the behavior. Might see lot of attrition once external situation get better.
