Nothing to like about anything. Middle management is non professional. Don't have any experience about distribution channel. They don't want to listen feedback from business partners.

...in market. They want to listen employees requirements regarding brand promotion. Paying to much low salary. No claim settlement on time.

The TOP management is very open and transparent . But the middle management is playing some dirty politics for which the company culture and ideology is ruined . The brand is established in its home market . For example in south . The management is not focusing on untapped market .

Dislikes

...intain professionalism . No R&D team to develop the brand pull in the market . No fixed rules and regulation for salary increamemt , appraisal etc . Here commitment of the employee to the customer has no value at all .

I have been working in this company for last 2 years and I am very happy with it. I have not faced any problem related to sales or salary. Peps Mattress Company is very customer friendly. If there is any kind of issue about the product, the customers does not face the problem like other companies.

I have been a staff of this company for the last 2 years but I have not received any increment yet but I expect to get it for sure.

The behavior of the company has been good in the last 2.5 years. I enjoyed working with Sutham Sir, hi is my reporting manager, he understands the staff.

The only problem I have with the company is that the company is not increasing the salary in the last 2.5 years.

...NO Learning * NO respect to staffs * NO Communication Between company to Staffs * Your head THIEFT staff Salary & TA ( WE have proof ) * U Have to change AGM (Salem) Otherwise u r only responsible for All. * They dnt know how to treat On-Roll staffs. Kindly teach them. , Etc.......
