That they give you a good salary but only to make your life hell.

Dislikes

- No work-life balance. Leaving the office at 8:00 Pm is considered early. - No Job Security at all. You can be asked to leave any day anytime. - Things/Strategy/Vision change every day. Every morning there is a new direction, and new ops to follow. You will not be given time to do actually what you were hired for but other things. In fact, you won't get time to breathe, and soon you will lose motivation. - You are expected to drive everything, even the KRAs of your department. - Flattery and Asslicking - Your role and your KRA can be changed anytime without your consent. If you were hired for Marketing, then tomorrow you could be shifted to Supply Chain or another department, as per whims and fancies of the Management. - Please don't join just because they are giving you a good hike or perk. You can be laid off anytime. Do think about stability and peace of mind. Trust me, you won't get it there. Yes, you will learn a lot but at what cost ??

Anything positive has to be thought of.. and i cannot think of any positive points about the company

Dislikes

Compensation is less, even after a particular growth opportunity a promotion was offered however compensation is not increased to a single penny, and even after 10 months in the new role, a confirmation of the position was also still not given on papers. Sometimes the stretch would increase to 10-11 hours with a single person to manage the entire story of an outlet with multiple and multiple clients walking in. Managers are literally illiterate and do not have sense to talk, they are literally using their position to manipulate the system and cheat to give orders to particular outlets.

Dislikes

You will shuffle anytime from any dept to any location, dept. HR policies are handicapped for employee. Senior management team is rude, igoistik, HOD always changing every year, again you have to prove yourself for new HOD. Long working hours , not even following government labour laws for national holiday work payout. Bad work life balance due to some senior management.
