The organization is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. I also like Leave Policy,Cooperative management/ owners.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent, no growth. HR team is not good. There are only three person those who play with everybody. They never stay any one who is intelligent compare them. If the management/Owners replace them. the university will progress.

no one calls you after office hours. all government holidays provided as per norms.

Dislikes

no timely salary. higher management is so rude, they are just enjoying their life. no job security. owner is behave like TUGLAQ.

There is a huge list..but still I would say there is a lot of favouritism. No appreciation of work but yes if you have done any minor mistake it will lead u to 3 warnings and then final termination. Promotion, salary increment is totally based on favouritism & it leads to devalue that employee who actually works hard. If you want to stop your career growth this is the best place to be in. So I will recommend not to join this organisation
