...all but after serving more than 3 years this company by the instruction of govt. haphazardly end the project without paying salary of 4 months (which we have worked ) during the COVID time. After they cleared 3 month's salary but still now one month salary is pending and now job less.

Dislikes

No one bother their in the company if you are an external employee.

I thankful for my organization that appointed me as project coordinator. For me it was a new experience. During my project period I have learned a lots of things from field and seniors.

Dislikes

There is no other allowances such as EPF,Esic, bonus and other benefits. And also no training for fresher. Some time I worked for 12-16 hours, there is no time limit. I have worked dedicatedly for them. But some time it feels that we are unnoticed.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
