Exact 8 hours of working and i was not asked to extended on many days

Organization hierarchy is not professional. Only few directors are having leadership qualities, others don't care what politics are going between team members. Junior's work are not recognized by the team directors as they are always relying on the one person who just does the reporting work. Hybrid work options are not considered even for ladies with maternity needs or for employees with sick/ill family members. Monthly minimum of 5 days of wfh or such other feasible options are not considered. There is no skill development in this organization because of the whole work culture.

Likes

They have a good product but with lot needs to be improved on. Everyone leaves the company due to poor employee management. No place for anyone to grow as there is no scope. You have to do the same job even if you are working for 10 years. No insurance and not any single employee benefits. Work life balance is good. No technology is needed to work here. They strongly depend on one or two clients. If those clients leave, not sure about the company future.
