... knowledge. making a group in the interns and following the girls among interns. they don't know the basics but they are responsible for making a list of people for the fulltime because of this they are treating everyone with partiality even in the trainers the experienced guy is listening the words of his junior trainer who does not single thing later on i understood why they are in the adoni branch they had no potential in working so they are doing this kind of false work giving the salary is another scam they didn't provided one month stipend. They are eating the intern salary for the future films made by the CEO of that company. i think you will find the production company easily please please please donot enter to this false trap this company is involved in the ploitics of AP. that's why i had no guarantee to give a complaint on this in the samadhan portal but i will try definitely

They can pay Good so don't hesitate in asking more but there after not benefits.

Most Managers and Team leads are non tech doesn't have idea about industry they work. No Vision. No carrer growth. For no reason company name changes and HR doesn't give any answer.

The only thing that is good is that you get to learn from amazing leads and seniors, depends on the project. Work pressure is not that much.

...ment. No flexibility for work. You will find the worst HRs in this company only. Very less salary, no hikes. No job security, you might get last working day mail out of blue. No proper projects. People who join as seniors will end up leaving company within days because of poor work culture.

... can chit chat with your manager and team if you have good communication skills. A best place for freshers from Hyderabad only if they can have no commitments except their work and your salary looks like a good figure from an angle.

Dislikes

There will be only one person in the entire team who handles the project and remaining people just stay calm and do gossips on the working person. If you are the only person who is talented in your team, no one will care for you. No option of giving work from home unless you have a cool manager. Your skill set is of no matter, join only if you believe you can learn and work on any given task. Never ever expect hikes, instead you can expect termination when ever you feel you wanted to be terminated. We have such people on the floor who can make this happen. Never over work if you are a fresher because one day your efforts will be credited to your team lead. TL says that he was the one who is been training you since X months. Note that no TL/employee has the capacity to train you, due to lack of communication skills and vocal power. (My personal note) Sometimes drinking water is not available on the floor and also you need to go and search for the good washroom in the entire campus if you have OCD.

1. Food services is free but you have to work 1 hr extra for dinner as it is intentionally late. 2. Some people do get accommodation service as well but not transportation services.

Dislikes

...ou go without servings 90 days notice period. 2. No appraisal and Promotions. 3. Salary is not good. 4. Too much micro management, no body recognise your talent and skills, they will just assign more work and take credit of your efforts.
