Only thing I love about this company is provided salary on time to time.

They are hiring cycles and expecting higher average of XUV from Cycles in Market development department, they are expecting cycles to be XUV and perform like that, sometimes it feels like Jail, I have heard in past that in sales dept alot of pressure of work but in shaadi.com they have meaning less pressure without work. Although company authority can do such a great work by nurturing their employees in sales, company should invest in employees skills and growth, company doesn't care for their employees, only care for business, business, and business. Such a worst thing I saw is target increase 2-3 times in a year but salary does not. Also our upper level seniors like Centre managers and TSM are going to hurt you more by taunting and comparison with other people, they have only commercial intrest, also 1weekoff is allowed every week still people have to beg and fight for weekoff with manager after working for 10-12days constantly.... This company's authorities have such a unrealistic expectations from their employees to have their business growth.

There is everything is good like work with medical College. Management also good because given the cooperative environment in people's University

Shaadi.com management is poor... No job security every time pressurized in sales target... As per the weekly/monthly business, organization paying amount is too low + low salary.

Not dislike but my suggestion is increase your salary package because people Group mein employee monthly jitna business karta h uske accordingly use payout bahut Kam milta h. Thank you
