If you are a fresher then definitely it can be career building option for you . Here i learnt so much , training was so hard and strict so that our coming days will get better .

PEOL is good only for Freshers where you will be trained to work in client locations, But apart from that the doesn't care about it's employees in long run. So you have to switch or they will make you switch with poor employee benefits.

There is no job security, company policies are worst, management is poor, no employee benefits.

Your work life balance is not considered. Plus the HR system is not constant so always a varied monopoly is played inside the company. The benefits are poor. Plus no cultural activities. The employees are considered nothing.
