Penver is an organization without employees welfare, proper structure, proper operating procedures. The management is really toxic that they don't even respect the person. All they want is machines that work for them. The HR doesn't have any role as they are just the puppets of management. Senior employees keeps disrespecting and insulting juniors and new joinees.

Company has steady growth and always into new project one after another this makes ùs to get hands on new areas and learn new skills. Management is highly motivated and work with sportsman spirit

The company promoting freshers very well. I learned lot about the process. Employers having good security for their job and facilities. The satisfaction of customer that is the main thing offered by penver products.

The working time is the main problem. I have to work 18 hours in every Sunday. And there was no money for that extra work.

There is very little to write positive about the company. The only positive is the relative young age of the staff, they are open to change, and ready to prove themselves.

Dislikes

A private limited company, has its own share of issues, interference in daily work and reluctance to change The main issue is the reluctance of the owners to let go of control to professionals.
