Everything. The management does not have any Idea on how to Run an office. The Manager in Kolkata does not know anything about technology. He studies and learns technical terms so that he can showcase his fake knowledge. Tremendous partiality and biased. Poor decisions on which work to assign who.

Get exposure to learn many things since company is similar to a startup. Good for freshers they can learn and develop their skills.

No work-life balance. Favoritism is tradition. Employees who indulge in office gossip and politics are always get best treatment. Hardworking employees have no value. The company lacks good projects and proper planning. Management has no technical expertise, leading to poor decision-making and inefficiency. The most important is, manager has almost zero knowledge of the field and related skills. "Fake people fake faces"

Learning exposure is huge. Working in Pentation will offer working with various technological tools. The amount of exposure is very high. Company has less politics and focuses mainly on work. Has various clients of various domains. Team managers are quite linient.
