Only salary get on time.

There is lots of politics are there in organisation when I had given resignation actually as per appointment letter if I am ready to serve notice period then company have to allow me to serve notice period or company have to pay me notice salary as per company rules. But same is not happened. Seniors are totally irritate while working

1. Now i completed two years with PSSPL but no any increament And i have ask but always give stupid reason. 2. In initial phase always give work load and RM is pressurise the new commer. 3. No diwali bonus, No OT convenience, No extra holidays give. 4. PSSPL RM is pathetically treated u. 5. No any compansation and no on any training given. 6. Career growth is 0

They will give only leave for health issues . That's it you can't get more than that and there will be no expectation and respect from anyone.

...ectation . Kindly take mail from HR and manager .then don't sign the document. No expectation of salary /health insurance/ they don't care about your health .

Company is good but when you're site is Lost that time they are considering you but salary going to decrease as you join that time salary they are offering.
