They treat you like a commodity, not as a person. The basic respect of responding to employee queries or even paying employees as per the compensation in offer letter does not happen. There is no health insurance either. Joining Pennar is a mistake. especially applicable for each and everyone employee of the Tech Pennar division. You will get the same review from all the employees.

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent and supportive, Company policies are good, There is a huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This company give me a low salary. My career growth is no improvement in this company. My present salary is very low to maintain my family expenses.

...ugh they don't bother about others. But there is no financial issues in company. For every 2-3 years you will get increments with different structures in salary.
