Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent and supportive, Company policies are good, There is a huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Flexible and safe work place. Respects individual ideas and explores every idea benefiting the organization.

This company give me a low salary. My career growth is no improvement in this company. My present salary is very low to maintain my family expenses.

...ugh they don't bother about others. But there is no financial issues in company. For every 2-3 years you will get increments with different structures in salary.

No bonus No increment No promotion One person with good contact can have promotion every two years but another person receive promotion only after 10 years No proper support from HR Old and outdated laptops are used

...for documentation, no value for graduates, reporting from bottom level not good. There is no fix date for salary,pbt policy is not good.
