I absolutely like nothing about pennant technologies and I have only worked there for salary and practical knowledge and skills.

...n’t value employees and even terminate them for silly and foolish reasons. The salary is the only part which is good but keeping in mind the work pressure and work culture even that seems too less. If you are someone who can work at least 15 - 20 hrs a day (including saturday and sunday because week off is more sort of a joke) without complaining about work life balance or personal life choices and work is all you care about rather than other things, only then this company is suitable for you. The management provides a view that they are very friendly and supportive but you’ll only get to know them in between 4 falls when you are the only person around. Overall the people have sick mentalities over there including the managers and senior management and most of the other people. If you are looking to join there, Rest in peace in advance. Note : Yes, this review is completely based on hatred but 1000000% genuine because I get nothing from writing a bad review but I want people to know that pennant is not the right choice to ruin their lives (there are lot other ways) and most of the people who joined pennant in the last few years having years of experience have also resigned in a few months due to the work culture they have over here and lack of respect for work life balance. I don’t know if this review reaches anyone but if it does and if you want to choose pennant, this is a sign for you to re think your choice.

No work-life balance, always clients chasing for work on day and nights and saturdays and sundays and also occations. An average employee works nearly 12 hrs a day.

They treat everyone as labour, pathetic company, this company runs more like a family baniya Business..avoid at all cost, better to sell idli and dosa on streets than joining this company..

Pennant Technologies offers its employees the opportunity to learn and grow with the organization. The leadership team is humble and grounded for all support for their teams. The organization has immense internal talent and with more lateral hires coming in, being strengthened to grow into a good medium sized tech company.

Very good company to learn the lending domain functionalities of a product in one year, we can get the complete idea of product development. Management will always help us to learn each and every minute thing

Dislikes

The product is already stabilised in the market so I feel like there is less scope to learn new technologies in it.
