u will face micro management, where u will be forced to work on midnight , Saturday and Sunday's , even if u speak that u facing work pressure they talk about management problem and funding problem (if i tell my problem , they come up there side of problem! 😬). and if u are a fresher they treat u as prisoner . simply worst place to work.

Likes

Nothing to like. Too much politics, high job insecurity. No scope to learn and grow. Worst start up ever seen.

Dislikes

Poor organization culture, immature start up, lack of vision and mission. Uncertainty in job. Easy hire and fire as they are in the phase of product development, nothing ready go to market immediately. So marketing under high dilemma.

Work-life balance is amazing and based on performance, quick promotions are possible

Dislikes

Absolutely terrible work satisfaction, you may not work as per your skillset completely, you might feel this type of work anybody can do. Absolutely nothing to learn.

As a marketing professional I have nothing to like as they are doing trial and errors without a product to market.

Dislikes

Product is not in place. Well funded and too much internal politics. Family members and friends are running it. As they don't hav better things to do they are experimenting ideas and no intention of getting into action. No scope for product marketing/ digital marketing. 3 months wasted.
