Growth time is very slow , compensation is very less as compare with other companies.From last 3 and half year I didn't have got any single rippers increment in ctc. There are some old staff who are working in organization more than 10 years ,all of them work like government employee and they take big advantage of one thing that company owner and they are belonging to same state or native place so these employee thinks like wheather they perform or not perform ..Nobody will take action on them.Apart from this there was a person on higher level who was always creating false picture of site progress in front top management .This person was culprit and biggest reason for delay in site progress and target completion.

Flexible work timings & 8.30 hrs shift. Every Saturday Sunday is a holiday. Salary credited between 1st - 4th of every month. Company is good for personal & professional work life balance.

Dislikes

No skills development courses provided that is required for the work profile. Also they will provide with an old laptop for working, which runs slowly. The maximum hike you can get is only 10-12% every year no matter how excellently you perform. And if you resign, they retain by giving a maximum of 30% hike.

Its Like a Government Job but no Job Security.

No Salary Appraisal's Director's Supports a lot there Native Place Employees when sacking. Low experience staff gets good salary here but long term this company is not good for careers

...about employees financial problems no salary on time, no appraisal for 2 year's. Variable pay fraud and no bonus. Over all they wants people for work but care abouts employees financial issues.

Don't recognise anything which can be liked or stated as noteworthy. Terrible mgm & work culture & I think all who are associated with org are suffering

...ly in web site. No one from mgm bother to even think or practice @ the same. 2. Mgm had no skill set, knowledge of real estate & blindly relying on few stupid chaps fetching very thick salary. 3. When they were @ to sink, they started distancing with hard core engaged staff who were giving blood & sweat to the org.
