Only those who are close to seniors and are already at high paying salary will get promoted. For rest of the common folks, you have to give minimum of 3 years in order to get noticed or if you have any fancy contacts...

Opportunity to work with different authors

Dislikes

There's nothing likable about working here. Work culture is terrible. And they have reportedly laid off people at the height of the pandemic and given other people promotions. and they want you to work round the clock. Even on weekends. There is no work-lifr balance. One of the worst companies to work for

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
