Complete Management politics, poor work life balance, poor work environment, no pay, inflexible work schedule, Annoying management. No job security, recently fired 45 employees for their selfish reasons and for their job security, There will be no growth in designation wise nor salary wise. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. They don't even know nothing about work relevant knowledge and decision making skills. You'll be worth when you praise the management. Since from last 1 year , we lost many of the clients due to their inefficient skills, lack of proper planning. They have taken blank cheques with 3 years bond, finally we were laid off for their own reasons within our bond period continuity without any intial notice. Since from last year they have started BPO and failed. Even they've laid off many of the BPO employees. Now I personally feel, everything will going to be demolished near future. Please save Pena4 company from this unethical management.

I have started my career at this office and the company has provided me with a lot of support, especially the learning and development part. Good collaboration with individuals and team mates, nice platform to buildup with strong knowledge.

Dislikes

The compensation is okay but not as per the market value, and the growth is too slow. There's not much pressure on work, but the most frustrating and worst thing is signing bond with the company.

Co workers are amazing they help you when you join newly.Smooth working culture.On time salary and leave request is accepted on emergency situation without any extra headache.

Managers are least bothered they hardly reply you even if you call or drop them message.If you stuck somewhere learn by self or ask team mates reporting managers don't bother to answer on time.Team leaders don't have spine they talk anything not relevant to the topic and the worst experience was the after shift meet it used it be for 1 hour even after login out.

Management was very good, supportive colleague and very peaceful place to work. We can manage work life and daily life even working in nyt shift, I do still regret living pena4 one my best company in my career. If the chance come again i would love to join again in pena4.
