Management has no idea how to run business. Distracted with priorities. They prefer fear driven sales as they don't have any visibility of business. Constantly pass lies to Solidworks team and sales people to safeguard their own ego. No travel insurance or expense reimbursement. You are pretty much on your own.

The culture of the company is homely. Everyone is supportive and kind. Obviously, every company has few idiots. So does this. But the management is considerate. Policies are fine.

Dislikes

No innovation. Nobody takes risks on new challenging projects. No growth or appraisal.

Nothing good exactly to be precise. But work freedom is there as there is no work process defined for anyone

The top management are the most SADISTIC and NARCISSIST people anyone will ever come across. The HR is the most inefficient and inexperienced professional for the employees. Every year their team changes and literally frustrate employees to the core. The HR is merely a typewriter and communicator for the management. Simply put she is HR for the management and not the employees. The worst part is the increment. They delay it by minimum if 4 months to 1 year without giving any arrears. I have been there for a considerable amount of time with a lot of patience to see their working process, which unfortunately they don't have. My advice to anyone joining this company is : - Is you're a hard working and ambitious person looking for growth, please DO NOT JOIN this company, unless you just want an experience of 1-2 years that too if you can survive without exploding there.
