Pegasus Knowledge Solution is not an IT company, No career growth in all means both professional and personal life will be screwed off. People who are going out need to enter into a register and while coming in need to sign off. No culture at all, Management is brutal and never seen in IT such a cultureless people. The work environment is another big issue, no proper A/ C's no Fans anything+ bugs, cockroaches, flyes, and bathrooms are stinking always. They don't treat the employee as an employee, salaries are very late, we need to go and ask for salaries if they have funds they will give else they will say no funds. There is nothing to like in that company, we can sit idle and be always in the comfort zone. There is no proper hierarchy everyone is an architect who directs the project no proper deadlines are been set by project management. About onshore -- I really don't like to speak about it. They really don't understand the need of the project and they will talk about all niche technologies which never makes business. No proper planning, no communication to offshore, no overlapping, no discipline, no manners, plays lots of politics and more more and more..
