They personally have very poor mindset while giving salary , initially they hire you on good hike but while giving salary or fnf they cry a lot and try to deduct as much as possible amount in any which way they can. They don't consider any feedback from employees, many things are not as per commitment after joining.

Worst experience with Pegasus, They don't have any management for employees regarding salary slip & F&F. They hold full & final settlement of employees for 6 months for no reason. They dont follow their own company policy for F&F which is max 3 months

You get salary on time, company doesn't interfere in your personal life.

No job security, no ethics, they play with peoples life. They will fire you and rehire you. So they don't have to pay leave enumeration and gratuity.

Nothing, toxic work culture Reviews with 4 rating are put by the IT guys. Hopeless HR , Accounts department themselves don't know how to calculate salary. Cockroach's 🪳 all around , especially in the tea .

There is not even a single point to like about this company except Salary having unwanted and unjustified deductions that are never correct.

Dislikes

1) Broken Chairs 2) Poor Assets 3) Congested Cubicles 4) Worst Hygiene in Pantry area. Never drink coffee/tea from machine as you would see cockroaches around it. 5) Worst Manager. Will try to manipulate and harrass you by setting impractical expectations deadlines and then micro manage you for that. 6) No help from Team Lead and Manager only behaves good with Team Lead and not other employees from team. 7) No Public Holidays if you're on client pay-roll 8) Worst HR people I've ever seen in my life. They will start showing their true colors if you plan to leave the company. 9) No job security at all. Mark my words. Once they feel your dependency on the project is over, they will straight away fire you unless and until you're TL. In short: Don't join even if you get 100x increment
