# Lunch time half an hour is not enough, increase the time 1 hour is better for all the employee's. Because we are not taking the break time 30minutes. # We are coming 10 or 15 minutes late, but we are leave from company after 6.30 or above. You only consider in time only, but not consider out time. I request to kindly consider the above points as 09 hours. # We are working more than 09 hours in a day. Compulsory working days from Monday to Saturday. Kindly consider Monday to Friday. # Appraisal yearly once, kindly consider yearly twice is better for us. # Increment based on partiality, Not for performance, Because CEO and MD know very well employee's individual performance.

Company work culture is good. Company is very professional. Salary processing also very good. Salary and expenses credited time to time which dates company have committed. Training on Leaning new skills and on product knowledge is very good.

Expense structure is low and company job security also low.

The accounts and the dispatching department is one of the best team and strong here , they give timely salary and expense , timely dispatching orders to the customers , and my service team also very good . It was always golden time for me .

Same like has some limitations Company is too dependant distributors than employee Distribution is back bone of all companies but employees are the nerve system. There is no standard strategy for working specially in field Company has to provide primary as well as secondary sales records
