...d at Peetworks Bangalore office. The experiencing was a a mix of pros and cons. The good pay Scale and hum-us Cafe for employees were appreciated, but blue- collar hiring was a bit challenging. The team's dedication to new client acquisition was impressive but occasional coordination issues impacted the BDM team"s efficiency.

Canteen was far away from the office.

Peel Works is a very supportive and amazing team. It was a wonderful experience working with a team of such good professionals. I can see how it helped in my personal growth and learning abilities.

I found the salary given to us is quite less than the amount of work we do. Other than this no such dissatisfaction.

...een told to work in a specific way, suddenly changes after morning Zoom call. Supplier's are not been paid on time. No Supplier in Mumbai is ready to give them stocks on Credit.

Work from home. Regulations of Covid 19. Salaries are paid on time. Management care for safety but not for filed operations.

No work No pay. Don't walk the talk. Come what so ever may deliver may be at cost of values.

Everything here is just absurd. Whether management, all departmental staff, salary, working culture, everything is non sense and terrible. The boss, the directors, Management team all are over smart and arrogant.
